Quotes & Scope
All quotes are provided free of charge. Upon review of the submitted materials, Accident Dynamics USA will confirm the scope of work and provide a clear outline of deliverables and timelines before any billable work begins.

Minimum Charges
Case work and testimony are each billed at a four (4) hour minimum. Low-impact desk reviews are charged as a four (4) hour case-work minimum.

Retainer
Cases estimated to require more than six (6) hours of analysis may require a retainer of $1,500 minimum. The retainer is non-refundable and will be credited to the final invoice.

Turnaround
Most desktop reviews are completed within three (3) to seven (7) business days, depending on case complexity and the volume of materials provided. Expedited timelines may be available upon request.

Remote Delivery
All services are performed remotely through desktop review of photographs and documentation, without the delays or costs associated with on-scene inspections.

Expert Testimony
